Side War Battle: Jake Stormer vs Joenomrc
Date: 01/10/16
Time: 4:39 AM Central Time Zone

After listening to Jake Stormer, his ally and friend, mock him, Joenomrc's anger was at its max. His quiet nature seemed to peel away as he let out a yell that was like a war cry. The sandy dreamscape began to shake as particles of sand surrounded Joe in some sort of bubble. Jake fell to his knees, unable to stand on the quaking ground. Joe's sand bubble exploded with incredible power. When the sand cleared, Joenomrc was gone. Jake looked around him, trying to figure out where his friend went when he heard the crunching of sand underneath shoes. He turned around to see Joenomrc, fedora and all, standing behind him.
"You think you're better? Stand up and prove it!" Jake scrambled to his feet, pen and notebook in hand.
"Joe, calm down." Jake's words had no effect.
"No! You want to keep acting like a big shot? Come on, Big Shot! Let's have a little Tg battle of our own!" Jake gave out a small chuckle.
"If you think that you can take me on, you're an idiot. I have real skill, you have none. Bring it!"
As the the two stood there looking at each other, the windswept land seemed to be incredibly still. In his thoughts, Joenomrc heard an announcer say a single word.
Fight!

Joenomrc reached to his belt and pulled out a Colt .45 revolver. Jake's eyes widen as Joe aimed it his direction.
"What the? Where the fuck did you get a gun?!" Joe cracked a half smile at Jake's confused and fearful words.
"This is a dream, remember? I can do whatever the hell I want. Don't worry. It's loaded with Tg rounds." Joe laughed before firing three shots. Jake was already writing and just before the bullets could reach him, a pink shield appeared in front of him. The bullets hit the shield and fell harmlessly to the ground. Joenomrc fired three more, only for the same result. He shrugged and threw the gun behind him. Jake wrote a few more words and an arrow came shooting towards Joe. The young man raised his arm up and a wall of sand rose from the ground. The arrow hit the wall and the arrowhead stuck out the other side. Jake clenched his fist in anger.
"Oh, so you can make walls out of sand? Sorry Gaara, it isn't going to save you!" Jake's dumb joke caused Joe to facepalm.
"You are easily the most annoying person I have ever met." Joe suddenly jumped nine feet in the air. The sand under him rumbled a little before a large object appeared from the earth. It was a red 1959 Thunderbird. Joe landed in the driver's seat and got settled in the car.
"Okay, this is the greatest dream I've ever had. Jake, I hope you can run faster than 113 miles per hour!" Joe floored it as the car shot forward towards Jake. Barely able to react in time, Jake dove out of the way as Joe sped towards him. Jake looked towards his friend in disbelief
"Are you kidding me? That would've hurt a lot!"
Before Joe could turn the car around, Jake wrote a few more words down. Road spikes appeared in front of the classic car before Joe could even think. The tires popped and sent the vehicle spinning out of control. Joe tried to straight out, but nothing worked. The car began to dissipate into sand until it faded completely. Joe slid across the ground, sliding at least 25 feet. Joe got up, dusting himself off as Jake looked at him.
"You still want to do this? We can stop right now, but it's your last chance. Stop now, or lose." Joe glared at Jake as he made his offer.
"I choose neither. I'm not stopping, but I'm not losing either." Joe raised his arm and closed his fist. A small spout of water started to spray weakly out of the sand behind Jake. Jake turned and looked at the tiny geyser with a confused look on his face. The spout began to grow as another small geyser appeared on his left. Another one started  behind the first one and Jake realized what was going on. He turned and started running as fast as he could. He got far enough away before all the geysers exploded with a flood of water. A wave started to form behind Jake as he ran. Joe stood back, watching the author run from the tidal wave. Before the water could catch up with him, Jake had an idea. He opened his notebook and wrote down a couple words. A moment later, a huge tree suddenly grew right in front of the oncoming wave. As the water hit the tree, the wave seemed to split into two directions. The water harmlessly passed by both sides of Jake as Joe stared in awe.
"How did you...? But....? That's not how physics work!" Joe's confusion almost distracted him, but he was able to focus in time to dodge the three Tg arrows Jake had shot his direction. Jake shrugged.
"It's a dream, fuck physics." Joe shook his head and began running towards Jake. The author was ready however, and wrote in a portal. Joe ran through it and almost collided with the still active wave. Joe looked to his left and snapped his fingers. The wave opened up and a dirt bike was spit out of it. As Joe got on the bike, he had a small grin on his face.
"Note to self: Buy a dirt bike." He started the engine and rode towards Jake, who was already half a mile away.

With Joenomrc on the other side of the dream world, Jake decided he needed a set of wheels himself.
"I think I know what I want." Jake opened his notebook and wrote a small paragraph in a matter of seconds. As the last period was placed, a roaring engine was heard in the distance. Joe was coming. Jake turned to see his new ride appear just in time. A red ATV. He hopped on as quick as he could. The sound of the dirk bike was approaching fast. Jake started the four-wheeler and was off. Just in time too, as Joenomrc sped into view. Jake began riding through the sand with Joe on his trail. The author hit a button on the handlebars and a dozen arrows shot towards Joe. The young man was smart as he also had some toys on board. Joe flipped a switch next to his speedometer and a blue force field surrounded his bike. The arrows bounced off harmlessly as Joe continued chase. Jake jumped over sand dunes with Joe just 10 feet away, trying to think of an easy way to end the battle quickly. Unfortunately, one of the sand dunes disappeared right before Jake was about to jump it. It was replaced by a two-foot tall wooden wall. It looked like Jake was about to crash right into it, but he kept going forward. Joe was still right behind him, wondering why Jake continued straight instead of turning to avoid the hazard. At the last moment, Jake hit another button near his fuel gauge. In a flash of light, both Jake and his ride vanished, only to reappear on the other side unharmed. The flash had distracted Joe and before he could turn, he crashed into the wall. Joe went flying over the wall, his bike destroyed behind him. His landing was anything but soft as he bounced and slid in the sand. When he finally stopped, Joe laid motionless on the sand, his breathing shaky.
"Okay. That really hurt..." Joe tried to sit up but stopped as he saw the looming figure of Jake standing over him. Jake held his notebook in hand, pen ready to write.
"I told you Joe, I'm the best. You fought so hard just to prove the point I made in the beginning. I'm a badass and you're a loser. I would usually just hit you with an arrow and get the whole Tg thing over with, but I'm feeling generous. Any last words?" Joe looked into his friend's eyes before cracking a smile.
"I have two. Fuck you." Joenomrc then tripped Jake and got up to run. The author tried to grab Joe's leg, but missed. Jake got up but before he could run after Joe, a geyser of sand lifted him off the ground. He tried to use his pen but the sand surrounded him and pinned his arms to his sides. Jake looked to the ground to see Joenomrc smiling at him. Joe cleared his throat.
"I have a question for you, Jake. Did you know that one of the atomic bombs used on the Japanese was named the Little Boy?" Jake nodded. "Well, I call this one the Little Girl!" After he spoke those words, a blue bubble surrounded him. Jake looked up to see a very large object falling towards the earth. He couldn't tell what it was right away, but realized soon enough.
"Oh Son of A-" Jake couldn't finish his sentence before the bomb hit the ground. A pink explosion went off as the blast hit Jake full force. Pink smoke filled the air, making it impossible to see. A strong wind picked up and the smoke was swept away. On the ground was Joenomrc standing over a girl in a blue bikini. The girl looked up at Joe.
"Well, this is a little embarrassing." The girl's face became red with shame. "Look Joe, I'm sorry. You're not a loser. You've been there for me, even when I was an asshole. I might not have wanted to join, but I'm willing to stand by your side until we, and the Attack Dogs, win." Joe looked down at the girl and smiled.
"Thanks Jake. I appreciate it. Don't worry, I forgive you. Looks like Central was right, we did need a little therapy." Joe snapped his fingers and a blue smoke surrounded the girl. When it dissipated, Jake was back to normal. He got up and brushed himself off.
"I'll never get used to that." Joe was about to reply when the ground started shaking. The two fell to the ground as a booming voice spoke from above.
"Hello? Anybody in there?" Before either could say a thing, the body the two were sharing woke up.

As consciousness returned, Jake remembered that he was still sharing a body with Joe. He tried raising his hand to test if he was still in control. He was. Jake made the arm open the door of the port-a-potty just a crack to see who was on the other side. He saw the familiar look of a man with a leather jacket and black hat.
"Out of all the thing you could have done for three hours, you fell asleep in a port-a-potty?" TF Central gave a small chuckle as he pulled out the strange staff and his cane. With a few quick moments, he had Jake Stormer and Joenomrc back to normal.
"So, now that the initiation is over, I can officially say it. Welcome to the Attack Dogs!" Jake looked at the man with a begrudging stare. Joe coughed a little.
"Thank you for letting us join. This will be great, I know it." Joe's hopefulness was sincere, but in the back of his mind was a small feeling of fear. He did not want to make this man angry.
"I hope I never have to do that again." Jake looked at Central. "So, are we just going to head to the base?" Central nodded.
"Yes. We need to discuss your first mission. Plus, I'm guessing you two could use a bite to eat?" Both boys nodded. "We have a good selection, I assure you."
"As long as you have some chicken salad, I'll be happy." Jake gave a half smile. Central chuckled.
"I'm sure we do. As for you, Joenomrc," He turned towards the young man. "I know that you have your mirror, but I think you need another weapon. Something more practical, yes?" Joe nodded. "Well, we can probably find you something. For now let's get to the base." Central then threw up some sand and created another portal like before. He motioned the two to enter. As the three of them walked through, they were already planning Jake and Joe's first mission as Attack Dog members.
Part two of this story is done and wow, I loved writing it. The stress of being in the war has caused feelings to boil over between the always arrogant Jake and the simple strategist Joenomrc. This technically isn't a loss or a win for either, since this happened in a dream. The fight's done, but now the two are on a team. The Attack Dogs. Big thanks to TF Central for letting these two guys join, and I can't wait for the next part. Hope you guys don't mind a small wait as getting to a computer is going to be a little difficult for a few days. Of course, I'll still try to respond to everything I can so don't worry! I'll see you later, but here's a message from Jake before I go.

Jake: Hello everybody. I won't say the results of what happened in the story, but I will say this. I'm still gonna be an asshole. Don't like it? Bite me.

Umm..thank you Jake. I'm gone for now then.
Seeya!

I hate sand, it's coarse, and rough, and irritating, and gets everywhere
